Cathedral Interior: Modeling

For the base of the cathedral the following floor layout of Chartres Cathedral was used as a guide. Interestingly, cathedrals all follow a cross shaped floor-plan with the entrance placed at the bottom of the cross and altar at the tip of the head. Chartres Cathedral's floor-plan was the most decorative with the circular extrusions and extra corner pockets.
